Project: Broad and Cassel Project Management
Challenge: Needed an efficient way to handle multi-step projects.
Results: Designed efficient processes, sample pieces as templates, educated staff, implemented steps and oversaw management to ensure proper handling of projects.

• Advertising: Handled planning, creation, approval, placement, and Florida Bar approval process.
• Firm-wide Community Involvement and Sponsorship Opportunities: Researched, sought management's approval, organized details (such as advertisements, logo placement, and attendance), and followed up with participants to determine success rating.
• Intranet: Researched and wrote two news stories daily, along with a weekly feature, and constantly worked to ensure the intranet remained relevant and updated for all employees.
• Web site: Kept current Web site updated by uploading new content and reflecting changes made within the Firm on the site. Created communication roll out plan for launch of redesigned site, managed the creative process of developing the new sites look, and handled much of the back end preperation.
